A three-day free eye surgical camp was successfully conducted on 4th, 5th, and 6th September 2025 at Jamia Bilal bin Ribah, Bhokraha, Sunsari.During the camp, a total of 1,276 patients were examined in OPD, and 219 cataract and other general eye surgeries were performed, bringing new hope of vision to many in need.
The camp was organized by Al Ehsan Charitable Foundation, Sunsari with the technical support of Mechi Eye Hospital. The joint effort aimed to provide quality eye care services to underserved communities and to raise awareness about preventable blindness. The organizers expressed gratitude to all medical professionals, volunteers, and community members who contributed to the success of the camp. Such initiatives continue to play a vital role in restoring sight and improving the quality of life for many patients in rural and marginalized areas.
