Mechi Eye Hospital Sangh successfully concluded its official board meeting today at the hospital premises in Birtamod-03, Sainikmode, Jhapa. The general meeting marked a significant occasion as it confirmed the reappointment of the existing board committee under the continued leadership of Mr. Jal Kumar Gurung, with the exception of the secretary position.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Suraj Kumar Khatri has been elected as the new Secretary (Sachib) of Mechi Eye Hospital Sangh. Mr. Khatri’s appointment came through a unanimous decision following discussions in the board meeting, replacing Mr. Ganesh Pokharel, the outgoing secretary.

The newly appointed executive board for the next three-year term is as follows:

  • Mr. Jal Kumar Gurung – President (Adakshya)

  • Mr. Chhatra Prasad Adhikari – Immediate Past President (Nibartaman Adakshya)

  • Mr. Suresh Kumar Bansal – Vice President (Upadakshya)

  • Mr. Suraj Kumar Khatri – Secretary (Sachib)

  • Mrs. Manju Sitaula Pokharel – Treasurer (Koshadakshya)

  • Mr. Dinesh Kumar Mittal – Executive Member (Sadakshya)

  • Mr. Bharat Lal Giri – Executive Member (Sadakshya)

  • Mr. Bhim Bahadur Gurung – Executive Member (Sadakshya)

  • Mr. Chandi Prasad Parajuli – Executive Member (Sadakshya)

  • Dr. Gopal Prasad Pokharel – Executive Member (Sadakshya)

  • Mr. Ganesh Pokharel – Executive Member (Sadakshya)
